All Blessed Children Early Learning Center Campus I opened in 2015 and Campus II opened in 2026, by the owners Andre and Tayisha Winston.
All Blessed Children Early Learning Centers are licensed childcare centers in Washington State and with DCYF. We also participate in the Early Achievers program. Our center is rated as a Level 3 childcare center, which means we have achieved a quality level of excellence with our early learning environment and the interactions between teachers and children.
Our centers provide high-quality, safe, nurturing and culturally responsive early learning environments. We help students construct knowledge through everyday experiences as they explore with curriculum, in the classroom, and the beautiful world around them.

Our mission is to deliver exceptional early learning experiences that combine self-directed exploration with teacher-guided instruction. Through developmentally appropriate activities—such as dramatic play, arts and crafts, music, sensory experiences, language development, and physical play—we build essential skills for life. We create a joyful, inclusive environment where children develop the knowledge, confidence, and compassion to care for themselves, others, and their community.

At All Blessed Children Early Learning Center, every child’s growth is nurtured through a balanced mix of child-led and teacher-guided activities. Our Creative Curriculum supports development in Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, and Cognitive skills, preparing each child for school-age success.
